Though it may seem childish, I find comfort in having my dog with me even now that I am 21 years old. I received this dog from grandma when I was 8 years old just before she suffered a stroke. Therefore, I find comfort and a sense of ease in this stuffed animal. Comfort Creature

This is my Ipod which I always have with me wherever I go. I am constantly adding new songs to my Ipod and discovering new music. Listening to music can help me feel better after a rough day, it can motivate me to complete a hard task, or it can be my source of words that I could have never come up with myself to describe how I am feeling. Music is a vital aspect of my life. Limitless Emotions

I have grown accustomed to carrying around my phone and I am always finding new ways that it is helpful to me. Lifeline
